How it Works

EASY AS 1…2…3…

Our courses are designed for ease of use. The site will lead you through each step of registration and enrollment. This is how it works…

1. Register

Review our course offerings. Once you decide which course(s) you would like to take, click on the ‘Buy Now’ button.

You will then be taken to the registration page where you will enter your information. We must have the information listed to generate your certificate of completion. If you do not have some of the information at the time of registration, you may add it later by accessing your profile in your course.

Be sure to write down your user name and password! You will need it each time you wish to access your course(s).

2. Purchase Your Course

For your convenience and security, we use both Square and PayPal as our payment gateways. Once you have completed the registration form, select your method of payment. You may pay through ‘Square’ to pay by credit card, or you may pay through PayPal. Once you select your payment method, click on the ‘SIGN UP’ button which will take you to the payment page.

Complete the payment process for the method you selected.

3. Beginning Your Course

After your payment has been processed, you may immediately begin your course.

Courses

All of our courses are completely online. No waiting for materials to be mailed, no inconvenient faxing or mailing of exams, and no waiting for your certificate. Upon successful completion of the course, you receive immediate access to your certificate which you may print and submit to the Court if required.

Returning to the course

You do not need to complete the course in one sitting. You may leave the course and return at any time simply by logging in, clicking the link to your course, and picking up where you left off. You have 90 days from your date of enrollment to complete a course. The classes are self-paced so you can take them at your convenience.

Finishing the Course

You have 90 days from the date of enrollment to complete the course and retrieve your certificate. When you finish the course material, and successfully complete the online quizzes and course evaluation, you will have fulfilled the requirements for course completion. You will be able to view your quiz grade immediately, so you will know when you have passed the course (80% is passing). You have three attempts to pass the final quiz.

Receiving Your Certificate of Completion

After you have successfully completed the quiz and evaluation, a certificate of completion will be immediately available to you. You should print out this certificate and give it to your attorney or file it with the Court if you were required by the Court to complete the course(s).
